Amazing Pet and Amazing Customer Service
I ordered a Helix Pomatia and they arrived in about 5 days. After I got the package open and placed the cup inside their new Home the snail immediately sprung to life and began to explore the enclosure. I am a Florist and this is my second pet snail after we found one among the Flowers at work and kept it.The snail is incredibly active and eats like a Machine! I feed it Iceberg Lettuce and White Daisy Mums from my Flower shop. I've seen it eating for what seems like 12 hours straight! As a pet they are extremely easy to set up and care for. They are also a very cost effective option that doesn't take up a lot of space or smell, Perfect for an apartment. I contacted MyHappySnails over email with a lot of questions regarding the Snail's care as I wanted to do what was best for the snail. They replied to my emails promptly and with so much care and attention to my questions. It was honestly a joy to chat back and forth through email and get any questions answered. If you are concerned about buying a Snail online HAVE NO FEAR! MyHappySnails made the entire thing enjoyable and easy and I LOVE my new pet Helix Pomatia I named Sigma.Pictures of Sigma included!
