Refund Policy

Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Live snails must be returned alive and healthy to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exceptions: Custom orders are non-refundable. If the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours to qualify for a replacement or refund. In this case, as proof, a customer must send to our email (myhappysnails@gmail.com) photos/videos of incorrect or damaged product.
