I ran into the same problem and actually found a good solution. There are services that do offer more flexible schedules, including hourly packages. When I looked into a yacht charter in praslin, they had options that worked for shorter trips, which was perfect for me. I used one of those for a nature reserve visit nearby, and on another day for a coastal village exploration, so I didn’t have to block out the entire day. It gave me just enough time to enjoy the ocean without missing out on other things I wanted to do on land. If you’re short on time but still want the yacht experience, that’s definitely the way to go.
