It's NOT normal!
⚠Soft, brittle, or thinning shell? Could indicate a calcium deficiency—make sure your snail has a steady source of calcium.
⚠Discoloration or pits? This might be shell erosion, often caused by too much moisture or acidic foods.
⚠Cracks or holes? If the shell is breaking, you may need to reinforce it with calcium and ensure optimal humidity.
